Recently I took a trip to the Upper Pininsula of Michigan. On the way up I stopped to enjoy this little cafe in Grand Rapids. Its called Fat Chix Coffee Cantina. It’s a very close quarter shop, its packed to the brim with toys, coffee cups and random trinkets. The coffee is out on the floor for anyone to walk up and serve themselves, the same goes for the bagels and treats. The espresso is the only thing you have to order. The best part about the shop was that it has the same espresso machine as De•li•cious. This is the first time I saw our machine somewhere else.
Felt like a long lost brother or something. Stop in sometime if your in the area, the people are super nice and it is a great way to start the day.

this weeks sandwich special is the “BLT” club.
minus the lettuce and sub spinach. we only serve spinach here.
so. “bacon” spinach tomato veganaise sandwich on top of a tofurky spinach avocado sandwich. multi grain bread. toasted to perfection.
its delicious.
